Hi I’m Coach Nii a certified Sports Performance Coach through the USA Weightlifting Association. I’m a proud father of a little girl and I believe in the strength and the possibility of what women can do. I created this program for SERIOUS WOMEN ONLY like you that are frustrated with their bodies and the diet “cleanses” and other fitness scams that target women. The No BS NYC boot camp will give you a step by step nutrition and workout blueprint which will help you get your sexiest body ever. Having Sickle Cell SC, Degenerative Disc Disease, and Ulcerative Colitis I have had my own challenges with health and fitness. TRUST ME! I had worked for years to be near my ideal photo shoot ready body only to be hospitalized, in a bed and wheel chair for a week because of my sickle. After being hooked up to IVs, and oxygen masks I bought like an insane maniac to regain my health and body without excuses.

I am proof that with persistence, work, and a proven system you can have fun, be fit, happy and dead sexy (I HAD to throw that in there just to make you laugh and see if you are paying attention : )

The No BS NYC Boot Camp is a 3 days a week 45 min metabolism bootsting, fun and high energy class conducted on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for women that want to be challenged and drop a dress size in 30 days.

3) How much do the No BS NYC Boot Camp Memberships cost?

4) Do you offer a FREE trial? No. We only offer the 30 day rapid fat loss starter membership for only $147 and you are covered by my drop a dress size MOOLAH back guarantee. If you do not drop a dress size in 30 days I will give you your money back its that simple.  In my professional experience as a fitness coach of 15 years you can not base the effectiveness of a program from 1 class and being “sore” or “feeling it” is no measure of results. 5) Who is this boot camp for? This boot camp is only for intelligent, savvy, down to earth women that want results with our boot camp family and know the importance of investing in their fat loss goals & want a toned sexy body.

6) I have not exercised in years and have a lot of fat to lose. Will I hold up the group or slow everyone down? You will not have to worry about holding up the group since everything we do is based on time. For example if you can only do 35 pushups in 1 minute and I can do 30 it doesn’t matter either way we both finish at the same time and move on to the next exercise.

We have had women that needed to lose 15lbs and some that needed to lose 60 plus pounds and everyone was challenged and worked within their own capacity. No B.S. NYC boot camps IS NOT a running based program. WE WILL NOT run miles though the park. So if you have bad knees or a bad back this is GREAT news. Aerobics is an ineffective, yes I said ineffective method for fat loss especially for busy people so we don’t do it.

7) What do I bring to class?

-registration forms completely filled out

-a positive attitude ready to have fun and do work

- A water bottle (1 liter is best) -

- A towel - Workout gloves are HIGHLY encouraged!

8) What do I wear to class? You should wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Please make sure to wear clothing that is not too big- we need to see your body move at different joint positions during the workout so we can best assess your form and technique and make the necessary corrections. In addition, please wear shoes that are designated for athletic purposes- often referred to as running, cross-training, basketball, or tennis shoes. Some common brands are Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Brooks, Asics, etc.

9) How does nutrition factor into the program? The truth of the matter is you can not, I repeat can not out train a crappy diet. PERIOD!  If anyone tells you that you can get a sexy toned body with just workouts only run the other way as fast as you can because they are blowing smoke your way. When you become a member you will get a step by step blueprint that will help you drop a dress size in the first 30 days
